Positive: Well appointed apartment with everything you need. And a few extras. Allot of attention to detail. View was great Good wifi and TV. Very secure Door.

Negative: Location was not ideal albeit close to station Building unfortunately looks bad from the outside Allot of rubbish around the entrance. Great apartment made up for what the area lacked

Summary: Looks Nice , felt good, but not for everyone.

Positive: Beautiful clean apartment Lots of nice touches and amenities Fabulous view Close to the train station for trips to other cities Car park space in undercroft car park was very handy

Negative: It’s in an odd location - shiny skyscrapers of the business district on one side, other side of the train tracks was the red light district! Can’t walk around the bed which isn’t ideal if needs the loo in the middle of the night.

Positive: The apartment was very clean, and had everything you would need. One thing that’s not present enough on other apartments is water. I appreciate the fact that the owner left water for us in the fridge for when we came. Also, he let us checkout a little bit late, because our flight was later in the afternoon.

Negative: The building is a bid odd (and old). The elevator is slow (but safe, despite of the noise it’s making) and the apartment is on the 15th floor. One thing I also saw mentioned here is the area. Please, for your safety, avoid walking in the dark across the station. Nothing happened to us but still the area there is shady.

Positive: The apartment was very well maintained and stocked too. Everything was clean, tidy and organised. The location is perfect for everything, train station not even a minute away and town a 15min walk. Highly recommended and a stunning view from the balcony.

Positive: + short walk to train and tram station + great view from balcony + underground car parking (since it’s not really safe to park on street, it’s a big plus if you have a car) + the flat looks exactly like picture - clean, big enough for a couple, include all basic amenities, well-equipped kitchen

Negative: - Location is a bit shady (be careful when you walk back home alone or dark) - no nice restaurant nearby (but train station is close, so not a big problem)
