Welcome to our 3-star sea-view studio at Villa Prat Bras, facing the Laïta beach at Le Pouldu. Nestled on the first floor of a character house by the sea, it offers a lovely sea view and access to the large garden. From the beach, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Laïta river estuary to the island of Groix.
Enjoy the peace and quiet, the changing landscapes with the tides, and walks along the famous GR34 footpath, which passes right by the house and leads to the picturesque port of Doëlan.
We look forward to welcoming you all year round and sharing our local tips on restaurants, walks and activities. Free parking and high-speed WiFi included.

Summary: Pros: J ai séjourné avec mon fils de 18 ans chez Anna et Fred . accueil irréprochable. Anna est toujours très disponible.. le studio est tel que présenté sur les photos . tout est parfaitement propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. vue sur la mer avec un magnifique jardin mis à notre disposition. Anna et Fred nous ont même prêté deux paddles. mon fils était ravi. j y retournerai c'est certain !! encore merci !
