Positive: It was dog friendly and was able to access an arroyo right from the back yard. Clean modest studio with full kitchen… I wish we could have stayed longer!

Positive: good location, warm, quiet, and felt safe.

Negative: The property was not clean, especially the floor. There was mold in the kitchen in the grout behind the sink and in the bathroom in the shower. There was dog hair on the furniture and crumbs under the appliances on the counter. Many of the dishes in cabinet were not clean. There was a noise of sloshing water coming from the ceiling. Given the high rating of this property and the added cleaning fee this was a huge disappointment.

Summary: my stay was sufficient but disappointing, I would not return.

Positive: I liked that we got to meet the host, Richard, when we arrived. He was very friendly and we got to chat, and he is such a nice guy. He lives in the main house. The kitchen was well appointed with a fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, etc. there’s a nice table to sit at and a small sofa to lounge at, The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We had a place to park in his driveway. The walk to town is an easy 15-20 minutes. There is nice lighting in the studio, and nice art on the walls, which makes it much more pleasant to me.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Cute comfortable studio, pleasant walk to the historic center of Santa Fe.

Negative: I rang bell of person on charge of property, twice. I needed information about Santa Fe as much as possible. Door was not open. I was on my own during my entire stay.

Positive: There is a lovely, relaxing garden with a fountain and some chickens in the backyard. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Santa Fe.
