Positive: Loved the kitchenette and the windows. The photos don’t match realistically. There are ALOT of rooms, must be hard to maintain. We are talking about maybe two/three buildings. PET FRIENDLY 👍👍👍

Negative: No one told us you have to activate both room keycards at the same time otherwise it becomes invalid. It was a real pain having to constantly reactive the cards. I was doing my best to avoid the front desk. I had to deal with a young girl at the front desk , maybe her name is Gulpreet. Who is psychologically messed up. Drove us around the bend when it came to checking us in, when it came to extending our stay through booking.com which finally was approved, but she was fast with check out. Thank goodness, because I wanted to leave immediately and not return. She tried to convince me I had another booking in Washington DC at studio 6? Seriously girl, I understand it’s hard to move to Canada, but get it together. Answered the phone as Nancy LOL. There was a nicer young guy, I didn’t get his name , but also lied when I asked about the girl’s name is “Sana”. Government of Canada should give a grant to certain motels for renovation costs. Elevator wasn’t working properly or who knows maybe they control it at the front desk. After one weird incident, after another. I wouldn’t be surprised. Wasn’t comfortable staying there after a while. I think we stayed over three nights. Oh housekeeping refused to take our garbage and told us we had to take it down somewhere? We ended up collecting the bags, left a tip and let her deal with it. The staff truly run this place. Good luck. I understand it’s hard to get staff to work graveyard shift, but all it takes is one review for the truth to come out.
