Positive: the room was clean and the guy working was nice

Negative: the pool was not operating on the final weekend of the summer - labor day weekend. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and handicapped accessible. the room I had a handicapped shower but no handicapped access to the room from the parking lot and only 1 full sized bed. I booked for 3 people so needed the 2 beds.

Positive: The only issue was having to wait for an early check in, which i understand they were pretty full. I which hotels had a way to accomodate people traveling wanting to check-in in the mornings. Robin was very pleasant and accommodating. I think my only complain would be the bed was a bit uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Maybe a new bed for that room. Other then that I will definitely come back. The shower worked great! Great service and the room was clean and comfortable.
