Positive: Studio 38 was peaceful & quiet, typical of a country setting looking out across the horse paddocks, shower was instantly hot with excellent water pressure. Bed & pillows very comfortable. The provision of shampoo & conditioner in the Bathroom would be a welcome addition as it wasn't provided. It was a very rainy night so we weren't able to venture outside at the property. Owner was very friendly & introduced herself on our arrival. Highly recommend meal at Ottilies Restaurant in Mullumbimby. We thoroughly enjoyed our Pizza, French Onion Soup & Carpaccio of Kingfish. Our one night was very comfortable.

Positive: Clean, comfortable and private; quiet location. Would recommend arriving during daylight hours (if possible) as roads have no street lighting. Very patchy mobile phone coverage (Telstra). Beautiful area, ideal place to unplug and unwind.

Positive: The property is in a beautiful rural area close to Mullumbimby and was a convenient location to be able to drive to Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay and Nightcap National Park. The room and bathroom are large, clean and well appointed. It looks to be a very recent renovation with a new small kitchen with everything you could need to make a delicious hot breakfast. The hosts were easy to correspond with by text. The studio is private and has a small balcony perfect for breakfast.

Negative: It was all good.
