Positive: The location of the property was great for access into the city by foot very clean

Negative: Access to the property could have been made easy by providing the garage codes and parking space through booking.com the photos are deceptive showing another property or apartment as well you need to just show the photos of the one bedroom property

Negative: The door next to the bunk bed could be covered so it's dark for when children go to sleep (it's a glass door that leads to outside).

Positive: It had free parking right next door. It was nice to have outdoor seating. Host made us welcome on arriving earlier than expected and there was beer in the fridge.Good size for a studio apartment in Ghent

Negative: Probably I should have researched more, I didn't realise that although it was only 10mins out of the Ghent , the area it is in is a bit unpleasant at the moment. It did put me off Ghent before having a good look around. The studio is a bit on the dark side and I felt a bit claustrophobic in the bedroom area as it felt like being in a wooden box, probably something on the walls maybe ? But alright for a couple of nights. There was clumps of hair in the shower and very small stained cups, both can easily be changed plenty of coffee pods that were welcome

Positive: Great place for experiencing Ghent. 10-15 minutes by walking to the city center. Big plus is parking and whole object is isolated from noise, so we had really calm nights and stayover. Kelly was super nice and helpful, she gave us some tips and recommendations. Studio was spotless clean and spacious enough. Our son struggled little bit with hardness of sleeping sofa, but everybody has different preferences, therefore I would not consider it as negative.

Positive: It was spacious, conveniently located at the easy access to the city center. Very clean.

Negative: no windows and very poor lighting, shady neighbourhood, but the worst was very poor communication with the host who took ages to respond. The breakfast means the randomly bought groceries by the host, some of which were too many (eight buns a day), and some not enough (milk, ham, juice, eggs). The coffee machine was broken, the host brought another broken one instead and only then bought a new one (it took 3 days to get a working coffee machine).

Positive: The hosts went out of their way to provide a vegan breakfast selection - we loved the homemade granola! Really comfortable bed and enough storage in the bedroom to unpack our clothes a little. The space was very stylish! And the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals there. It's about a 25 minute walk from the centre, which we didn't mind at all.
