Positive: My wife and I stayed at the Strickland Arms Estate with a group of close friends, and we absolutely loved our time there. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. It is a very old home, and with that comes a little natural wear and tear—but honestly, that’s part of the experience and part of its character. We knew exactly what we were signing up for, and that historic feel is what made the stay so memorable. The staff on site were fantastic—friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. And the breakfast each morning was nothing short of spectacular. Truly some of the best we’ve ever had at a B&B. There aren’t enough good things to say about Strickland Arms. We all had an amazing time and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Positive: Breakfast was good. Coffee station convenient. Location is great for morning walks. Bakery is close by as well as parks. I didn’t spend much time there but stay was good. Nice variety of breakfast items for either quick breakfast on the go or more leisurely one.

Positive: The hosts and property was amazing! The grounds were gorgeous. And I could live in the porch.

Negative: The house is fairly hot and stuffy but they do have fans and AC inside the rooms. The breakfast was good but we didn’t want the same thing everyday, however it was great of them to provide other options like cereal/oats/berries/coffee/tea, aside from the bacon, eggs and biscuits. We really wished the hot tub had been open and the pool a little more cleaned out but still enjoyed the pool lightly.

Negative: Facility is seriously dated, understand the appeal is that it is an old historical house but it’s in need of maintenance. Pool and outside area not clean and almost look abandoned. Wall AC unit way too noisy for comfortable sleep.
