Positive: The location was good and parking easy.

Negative: The toilet seat was broken. The coffee cups don’t fit under the coffee machine. It was noisy. There were a lot of discarded cigarettes outside on the patio. The floors were not very clean. The bed was too soft. The sofa bed is large but also uncomfortable. The tap in the kitchen was broken. The remote for the hue lights needed recharging or a battery replacement.

Positive: Good location (just outside the city center line so parking on the street was free). Considering the negatives it wasn't a comfortable overnights stay.

Negative: Apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned (there was someone's hair on the sofa and in the bathroom, sofa beds blanket had an unusual stain, floor in the corners had dust, toilet looked dirty as well). Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Main area didn't have a light just wires poking out on the ceiling where lamp should be (luckily there were other lights in kitchen etc that worked). Tap in the kitchen was extremely wobbly and should be fixed. Door to the inner yard wasn't locked and had no key, only a security blind that goes to the bottom.

Summary: Sadly cannot recommend

Positive: Positive: modern, pictures accurate. Parking was easy. Ground floor once in the building (step to enter building). Equipment as listed. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good TV. Good airconditioning. Good shower. Négative: Toilet revolting, fridge and freezer not clean, badly chipped mugs and plates, microwave oven and plate not clean, external courtyard really horrid, littered with cigarette ends and more, duvet only just as wide as bed - too small once 2 adults were in the bed. Noisy - every sound from above and the hall, travels into flat. No response from team when notified of problems. Eventually responded when prompted to do so, the day after we left.

Summary: Modern, well placed apartment let down by poor housekeeping and vulnerability to noise.
