Positive: Paul, the host, is very welcoming and has a positive attitude. The room is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Combined with the perfect location of the house, we enjoyed every day of our stay. While having breakfast, we could also see Paul watering the plants through the window—very lovely!

Positive: We have had an absolutely wonderful stay here, very central location and clean. The biggest highlight has of course been our smiley and enthusiastic host Paul and his lovely daughter, they put their heart into this delightful place, not to mention a great breakfast!

Positive: Clean and comfortable room with a fabulous tea tray - Proper mugs and tunnocks wafers! Breakfast was also excellent, with a good selection of cereals/fruit/yogurt and delicious cooked breakfast too - set us up perfectly for a couple of days out climbing.

Positive: My single room was very clean and comfortable with sufficient room for my belongings. The breakfasts were first class. The owner happily accommodated specific requests

Negative: There were a lot of stairs which might be difficult for some people but at 76 years old with my new knee I managed very well. Sufficient hand rails and not too steep.
