Summary: We love this little hotel. It is affordable, clean, the staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is great and location is awesome, easy walk to downtown with Safeway next doot. The hot tub is nice and hot, the only thing would make it better if the pool was a bit warmer. Other then that it was our second stay here and we would definitely come back again.

Summary: Breakfast and breakfast staff, pool saved the days. Front desk day staff were disappointing. Room 326 shower had been dyed with henna so it looked like a murder scene. My girls were afraid of it and wouldn’t use it even though it was just gross but not really blood. When I asked if it could be remedied I was told house keeping only uses natural citrus cleaners and it was not possible to clean and it had been this way for the last two years and when they remodel in future years they will take care of it! So the room was nice, location great but a shower that looks like helter skelter crime scene spoils it. Especially since as a property manager I have successfully remediated two homes baths with hair dye stains from henna. Owners should be embarrassed with house keeping, front desk and fix this issue. Within an hour they could have only positive reviews rather than exposing several families a week to a hemorrhaging shower.

Summary: Clean room and friendly staff. We have stayed here when driving from the Bay Area to Portland, a nice pit stop during a long drive. Also great proximity to Downtown Ashland as we always enjoy checking out the local shops and restaurants during our stay.

Summary: The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The room was spacious, the dining area where they had the simple continental breakfast was very clean, comfortable and because we’re traveling for the holidays it was decorated well with a pretty Christmas tree and other decor. The real thing that stood out was the staff service. They were wonderful, kind and extremely welcoming. Overall great stay for a great price. Would highly consider visiting again in the future.

Summary: The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about our visit was chatting with Cindy over breakfast. She is a gem!!! She gave us quite a few suggestions for places to visit, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. She’s an excellent asset to your hotel and a keeper! We shall return!
