Summary: Good hotel for the price you pay but our room, even though the bathroom had just been nicely renovated, was very small and lacked decorating! I also had to ask for the floor to be washed...with soap... 10 min drive to downtown.

Summary: Surprised and happy we chose this hotel. Great price, very clean, spacious, great bathroom with double sinks and friendly staff. Very nicely renovated and new. Free parking as well. Close to Kingston’s waterfront which we took and Uber to and enjoyed the area. Will definitely book again.

Summary: Rooms where nice location convenient but down town is a short drive. The place felt like it was in a strip mall because it is the under ground parking area needs to be cleaned up

Summary: We got into our room early. Check in was four but it was ready when we arrived at 2:30. Room was clean, except for a pillow case that was left under the nightstand near one of the beds. Bathroom was upgraded beautifully. We were facing the back of the hotel so it was quiet. The hotel was a quick drive from the waterfront but a very long walk. Room had a good sized fridge and a microwave. The coffee machine was great but we stayed two nights and it was not refilled for the second although I am sure if we had asked they would have.

Summary: Good service, we arrived early and got a room right away. Large, newly renovated room, loved the bathroom. The room was Clean and the bed very comfortable. The only negative is that the curtains were very thin so it was very bright early in the morning.
