Summary: It’s located in an industrial, weirdly zoned complex w other businesses. If you only care abt location, then I guess it’s not the best but it’s abt a 3 min drive from central New Plymouth. I didn’t realise where I was going to stay when I booked. It’s unconventional, but the property was clean and comfortable.

Summary: This apartment is well furnished, has a very well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, a decent dining area and comfortable lounge - all the things we needed for our stay in New Plymouth. Although it is in a commercial area, the apartments are situated on the upper story of commercial premises, back from the road, so there is no traffic noise and it is very quiet at night. very handy to the Fitzroy shopping area which has all you need within walking distance and it's only a quick and easy drive from the CBD. Highly recommended - we'll definitely be back!

Summary: I was a bit wary about staying in an obviously more "industrial" site - but it was ok! the unit was modern, comfortable and well equipped - the balcony with a bush view was an unexpected bonus. I would stay here again.
