Positive: Such a fabulous place, way better than the main interlaken. Views from hotel is unbelievable, parking is available, beautiful park on few minutes walk. Lots of options to eat from the town on 5 minutes drive

Negative: Corridor is not up to the standard. I have to wait at reception every time as they were busy on phone or talking to each other.

Negative: The hotel is need of some updating, everything is a little tired. Lots of moths and flies in the bathroom from damp. Uncomfortable pillows.

Positive: A quiet, beautiful place with mountain and lake views. Balconies are suitable for having a pleasant time.

Negative: There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee or tea. They direct them to the restaurant to purchase them. Once you buy these, you need to buy coffee cups again. This situation is meaningless. Fortunately, the restaurant staff are very polite and helpful.
