Positive: The hosts were incredibly kind and the appartment had everything one could need for a stay. They also let my partner stay longer when my workshop finished at 6pm on the check-out day so she didn’t need to leave too early. Will definitely stay here again when needed to come back to the region!

Positive: Margret is a perfect host, which makes this place just like home. 1. Fresh fruit, chocolate bar, ear plug and even the kitchenware for fondue were provided in the room. 2. Room is super clean. 3. The apartment is easy to be reached by bus from Spiez train station.

Negative: 1. Nearby train route, so noise is expected during 06h00-23h00. But with the earplug and nice bed, it's fine for us.

Positive: The location was 10/10 with a nice view of Lake Thun just outside the property. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with and the place was overall well equipped and clean

Negative: The property was close to a train pathway so train noise from outside can be annoying sometimes

During our journey to Switzerland, our train was delayed, and they kindly insisted on picking us up from the station. Positive: The place is a little gem of Faulensee. We really enjoyed staying at Margaret and Christian’s apartment. It was probably one of the best equipped properties we have stayed in so far. It was like moving in to your own home with all the things that you would ever need/want. The apartment was lovely, fresh and clean and was very secure with your own parking space. Great communication with Margaret and Christian throughout our stay. All in all, highly recommended!

Positive: I loved how the property was decorated & had everything that you would have at home so it felt very convenient. Margreth and Christian were wonderful hosts and were very accommodating, for example with drying racks and extension cords. It was a pleasure meeting them and staying in their wonderful home.

Negative: It’s not that this is a negative, but future guests: I’d like to share that sometimes Google maps can be funny when leading you to this destination, so Apple Maps.

Positive: A perfect place to get away from the tourist crowds: Griesalp is close by and the trails provide access or are in a UNESCO World Heritage area. We almost had the alpine garden trail to ourselves. You can enjoy the stunning waterfall on the Aescheried Sudtal trail. In terms of the accommodations, the kitchen was exceptional, the host charming and the facilities impeccable.
