Positive: Friendly owners, helpful when asked questions. Quirky place which we liked. Breakfast was good. Adequate parking available. Well situated for visits into Hastings, Rye and surrounding areas. Easy enough to find off lead walks for our dog. Being able to order a takeaway to be delivered was great and with cutlery and plates available to use.

Negative: When the weather wasn't good there was a draught, and the room was quite cold. I know it's an old place, but this made it less comfortable. Extra place/hook to hang bathroom towels would be good.

Positive: The hosts made us feel so welcome. It was cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was great for a B&B. Would highly recommend for a weekend or even longer if you wish to escape the city life and just sit by the warm fire with a book and a cuppa. 💕

Positive: A beautiful old property which is being superbly looked after by its owners. Some low ceilings, but that's all part of the charm! The bed was so comfy, and the shower was excellent too. A winning blend of modern comfort with and elderly building.
