Summary: Bathroom dirty (bath drain & toilet seat), grubby skirting and carpet edges, tired decor and aging finishings. Apart from our welcome receptionist, staff were uninterested and even with half an hour left of breakfast, seemed less than pleased that we’d turned up. For 2 nights, we just put up with it but really wished we had stuck with our original choice of AirB&B. Such a shame when, 30 years ago, this was the go to Lossie hotel.

Summary: The room was dirty. The cups were dirty when we arrived. Looked like coffee on the ceiling. You could hear every single person open/close their doors. It was close to walk to the beach and shops which was nice

Summary: The hotel itself was very tired, we had mobility problems and couldn't get into the over bath shower. However, the staff were very quick to find us a room with a walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and were always very quick to resolve any issues we had. One they couldn't resolve however was the 3 flights of stairs to the bedrooms, which were an issue for us with osteoarthritis.

Summary: A conveniently located place in Lossiemouth. The hotel has some age to it but it was clean and it served the need we had which was a stay for one night. Breakfast was ok. Lovely view from the restaurant. Friendly staff!
