Summary: Remote control for the TV didn't function too well

Summary: Nice stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was very nice with a half indoor half outdoor pool. Large hot tub and even a sauna. Breakfast was not great but on par with the chains.

Summary: Hotel is beautiful. Like being in the northwoods. Pool was cold. But it is an indoor/outdoor pool. Still enjoyed the stay.

Summary: We stay at this hotel every time we are in town. This most recent stay was a bit different in that the staff was very new and the ladies didn't seem to understand how to bill us at the bar. The beer prices were much higher than usual (and they were out of Miller Lite) and we were unable to do a tab separate from our room. Just overall not what we are used to for this location and hope it was just a learning curve for the staff.

Summary: The staff that I did see were friendly, but the only time I saw or spoke to anyone was at check-in. The pool was pretty dirty and so was our room (someone had obviously had a birthday party in our room because there were used candles and cake pieces everywhere). Just the little things. Overall it really is one of the best options in Quincy. We really enjoy being able to walk to Applebees and Target.

Summary: Clean and comfortable room. Downside was breakfast items were not kept replenished, pancake maker didn't work. Bathroom sink drain in 107 was very slow. Wasn't anyone at the front desk at checkout to pass along that information.

Summary: The hot tub was closed which I called before hand and was told the pool and hot tub was open and that’s the only reason I booked here. The hallways was so loud. People slamming doors and stuff all night long. It sounded like the neighbors was in our room.
