Positive: We had a family gathering in Quincy and this property offered a beautiful, spacious, inviting atmosphere. Great views along the Mississippi River. Nice screened in patio area with scenic views.

Negative: Only 2 bar stools at the very large island counter. Perhaps add 2 more for a total of 4 bar stools. This is not a negative, only a suggestion to make that area even better.

Summary: Very beautiful, spacious house on the Mississippi River, which is great for family gatherings.
