Positive: Location - beautiful rural area with incredible views. Lots of lovely farm animals moseying around in a true farm setting. Host - Emma was an amazing host! She couldn't have done more for us and made our stay perfect - we will 100% be back! Games barn - incredible addition, rustic but chock-full of activities.

Positive: Emma is a lovely and fantastic host, all the animals are really friendly and given its just past Spring the little ducks/goslings are just too adorable. The games barn has a great selection of activities for any need, facilities are great and every need was catered for. The fresh eggs really made breakfast!

Negative: There really wasn't much to dislike at all to be honest, we were a little unlucky with the hot tub being out of order but Emma was very apologetic and did try to get it fixed for us.

Summary: Great little hideaway in the hills 😀

Positive: Everything you could need was thought of, even if you hadn’t thought of it yourself! Comfortable and homely stay. Emma was lovely, loved the animals and especially the cats! The views and location were amazing.

Positive: A delightful farm cottage with all the amenities needed. w Washing machine,drier, and dishwasher. Good parking the owner Emma friendly and could not do enough for us. Close to the railway and a number of pubs as well as the Moors for stunning country walking. Bronte museum also close as we're a number of food shopping locations. Highly recommended for a family as well as couples who wish to get away
