Positive: It was good place to stay - just by the library, close to old town, place for car. The apartment inside - normal, but photos were better :-) Simple, but it is ok, according to the price. Yard by the house and stairs - needs renovation, you have to be careful. The owner required deposit, I had to transfer to separate account. But just on next day after I have left - I have got money back.

Negative: Strange smell. I don't know what was there before, but the appartment had bad smell. it was not enough just to open windows and keep for some time.

Positive: Location is good - next to a rather quiet street and Old Town is just a walk over the bridge. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. No cat pee smell in the stairwell (noting this as some previous comments had brought out the smell issue). Overall the stairwell would look amazing if it would get renovated. Apartment filled its function but not exactly that was expecting by what is presented in Booking. Children enjoyed opportunity to watch cartoons through Amazon. Deposit was returned quickly.

Negative: Poorly communication - some bits of information through Booking, some through Whatsapp, although everything could have been communicated through Booking. No answers to some of my questions - maybe due to language barrier. Apartment was quite dirty - quite a lot of dust everywhere, under the table eggshells and other dirt (I cleaned up most of it as it was gross when I moved the table), seemed that some dirt had been wiped under the carpet as well, carpet in livingroom has heavy stains, mold in bathroom. Lots of broken things - wallcover hanging off from the walls in children room, also carpet not fixed to the wall any more, not working bulbs here and there, badly leaking shower head, broken power socket in kitchen, bulb hanging out from the socket in the hallway, door handle to the bedroom with wide bed has not been fixed and would have ended in my hand if I hadn't noticed this issue in a previous comment, rust in microwave owen, TV remote back cover falling off, freezer inside the fridge has not been melted for a long time.
