Positive: The house was spacious and clean. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Negative: I know its small, but there were no extra garbage bags in the house. Just be aware there are no extras in the house as far as cooking supplies (not even salt or pepper)

Summary: I enjoyed the space and the house was comfortable for my family.

Positive: The house was in a good location. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, dinner area, and other areas were very neat and spacious as well. The backyard had enough space for the kids to throw the football and play around. It also had a grill but didn't have a chance to use it.

Negative: The laundry room and the entertainment area didn't have curtains. We didn't get to really enjoy the entertainment area because we felt like someone could walk thur the backyard and see straight thur the windows. Other than that, everything was good. Could use some curtains in areas that don't have any.

Positive: The amount of space, the location wasn’t too far from Atlanta, nice neighborhood, very comfortable environment

Negative: The garbage disposal wouldn’t allow me to wash dishes without clogging the drain.

Summary: I rented the space to care for my son who had surgery, it was the best rental experience I have had.

Positive: This home exceeded all my expectations. This was the first time I used house rental options versus hotels and boy was that the choice to make. Wanda was very sweet and hospitable. We had a small complication with the tv logging in she did not hesitate to come right over and fix it. I couldn’t believe that, that was really above and beyond. Her home is stunning, very clean and a few miles from the mountain. I really have nothing negative to begin to think about this stay. Ahmazing!!! Will certainly try to book again if she’s still renting next time.. I loved the personality of this house, the back porch was so cool. Backyard is beautiful. Just simply jaw dropping and very grateful for you Wanda!! It means more than you realize, my family needed that.
