Positive: - The warm welcome from the friendly dogs - The stunning wooden cabin overlooking the rose garden and Nandi Hills - Beautiful surroundings with flowers and fruit trees - Clean, comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities

Negative: Limited barbecue options. Would have been better to have a variety of chicken and vegetable dishes for barbecue.

Positive: Location and Rooms were good. We expected slightly bigger resort for the money we paid, but not disappointing none the less. Prasanna's live music and Trekking were the highlights.

Negative: The TV and AC were not working. It took them more than an hour to get it working and multiple follow ups. When a family checks in, they expect facilities to up and running from that time and does not want to keep following up with the staff to get basic things working. They had single AC remote shared across multiple rooms, so we had to call them multiple times to change the temperature, which was very annoying. The breakfast time was from 9am, which to us was a big bummer. We left without having it and there was no effort from the staff to arrange for something. Since lunch and dinner was arranged from outside, so waiting time was quite high.

Positive: The staff and management were friendly and helpful. The property had great views and has a lot of potential. Easy drive out of the city. Property is priced quite competitively

Negative: Breakfast window was stated as between 9 and 10:30 (a narrow window), but weren't quite ready when we reached at 9. Rooms could have offered twin bed options for flexibility.

Positive: Nice place in Nandi Hills. Serene, surrounded with rose gardens. 3 nice doggies, Whiskey, Annie and Jack. Chand Manager, Alaum, Bittu provided us with a very good service. Prasanna Sir the property Manager entertained us with some country music. If you are coming to Nandi Hills, a must place to stay. Perhaps for the rooms they can do some improvements as it is a bit smelly, due to the humidity. Breakfast is superb! Else very good.

Negative: Only the room smelt like humid, else everything OK.
