Negative: The other rooms had no view or windows to see out of, although they were comfortable. Small pool ok for a cool down.

Positive: We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

Everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared – even a Christmas tree was set up for New Year’s! The villa was warm and comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Positive: We chose these villas as accommodation for ourselves and our guests, and we are so glad we did. Our host Marko was extremely accommodating and friendly, and also allowed us to check in earlier and check out slightly later which was super helpful. The pool and the main bedroom had absolutely fantastic views. The residence itself and the area outside of it are very stylish and clean. There is also a nice beach nearby, but you can enter the water via stairs next to the villa.

Negative: The road to the villa is a bit narrow, so it might be stressful at first, but we got used to it very quickly.
