Positive: The location is exceptional on a beautiful beach.

Negative: The house is not prepared for more than two guests as there is only one tiny bath. There is no interest for any detail nor for cleaning.

Positive: Excellent location on the beach, dream like house! Quiet evenings and mornings on the beach. Snorkeling in the lagoon, sea creatures, fishes. Jumping to water from the wharf. Beautiful scenery of the Stiniva bay.

Negative: People trying to use the deck chairs from the house. Especially evenings sometimes gets crowded (August - high season). Parking at that times might be further away as people don't respect the only owner's right of entry.

Summary: Excellent vacation on the beach, beautiful scenery yet close to Hvar city for entertainment.

Positive: The house is located on the beach which is remote and there are barely any people there. In the evening we were often alone on the beach which was great. Mickael also shared the contacts for taxi and boat rental with us which was a huge help.

Negative: When you go, be prepared that the house is not very easy to access so bring food and water with you.

Positive: The location is marvelous. Literally on the beach with crystal clear bay in front. It’s quietly located. The luxury is that location and we did not spend much time in the house as the weather was great. The house is equipped with all you need. from the parking it’s a short walk to the house. Enjoy the view of boats coming into the bay for couple of hours or a night, it makes the scenery for a perfect picture.

Negative: The beautiful place is known to some people and they will use the beach during the day. One day there where tourist which did not understand the beauty of the calm beach and played loud music. These where the exemption, normally the beach is still quite even on the busiest times and the house has own terrace on the beach!

Summary: Great holiday on marvelous beach.
