Summary: We had the best time at this home. Was so well equipped and the million dollar view was extraordinary. Close to town and worth the steep drive up to the house. Very peaceful and private. Kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Summary: Awesome mountain views. Very nice large kitchen for entertaining. But this home needs some attention. Reminder the house doesn’t have AC and window cranks are over used and broke so you can’t open some windows to bedrooms and other areas. It got really warm during the day. They did have fans available so that helped a lot. Beds and furniture very used, dirty/sticky, and uncomfortable. Broken furniture upon arrival. We did notify them of this. A lot of burnt out lights. Hot tub water had a musty smell and needed to be cleaned. Very disappointed about the accuracy of this listing for the price.

Summary: Wonderful home for family vacation with 10 adults. The home offered Plenty of space, a large well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, and floor to ceiling windows throughout the main living space. The location was very close to the quaint town of Estes Park as well as the entrance to Rocky Mountain national park. We enjoyed picturesque views from every room! The pool table and hot tub were a hit after a days of hiking and horseback riding. Unfortunately the hot tub did stop working near the end of our stay, but otherwise this was a great and memorable stay!
