Positive: Bang on NH66, big property. Decent rooms. Picked sea view on 4th floor. Food is decent can order. Breakfast had an average spread which is ok.

Negative: Not worth the money charged for sea view- it’s ok at best. Swimming pool had insects biting. I complained nothing happened.

Positive: The river/sea view is the best in the area. I like being high up as there are no mosquitoes. I also like the pool and the grounds. The staff is very hardworking and extremely helpful. Right from the front office staff - Vilma, Shubadha, and intern Nitin - to housekeeping Raksha and Rakshita - and the sweet restaurant staff Usha, Ranaya. I also like that I’m able to take a morning walk on the bridge - just wish there was a proper walking path and there wasn’t so much litter.

Negative: It can be noisy with all the traffic. And I wish they didn’t have a garbage dump right on the road by the hotel. It is a real eyesore. It attracts stray dogs and one was sadly killed by the traffic while we were there.

Positive: Hotel staff was very helpful as I had booked on wrong dates they helped me with changing the dates and making room available.

Negative: Restaurant service was very bad and slow and tables were dirty and soiled plates from previous customer was kept infront of us for a long time
