Positive: Easy access and close to Clifton hill. The rooms are big and clean.

Negative: The bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Positive: We enjoyed the property immensely, from the time you walked in and we were greeted with a smile and told about the amenities. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is clean and although we wanted to try the restaurant, we didn’t have a chance as a conflicted with our show schedule. We will be back to try the restaurant. Breakfast in bed was lovely.

Negative: Bed was very firm which we liked but may not be for everyone. A small table with 2 chairs would have been nice to have breakfast at. While I understand, the breakfast is supposed to be in bed, it proves to be a little messy.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to returning!

Positive: Breakfast was delivered and good variety, beautiful room and gave us a free upgrade, staff very kind and friendly, lovely spa amenities as well. I'd recommend this spot to anyone needing a relaxing Weeknd. Also very quick walk to Clifton Hill.
