Positive: Location was great 5 -10 minutes walk to restaurants and Niagara Falls. Lovely modern hotel and such good value for money. We had a Huge room and the free breakfast delivered to our room was excellent. Free tea and coffee in the reception. Staff very welcoming . Highly recommend
