Summary: Was a very clean house. Has everything you needed. The sunroom with the windows open is perfect for reading. The beach wasn’t crowded, that made it easier to relax. Gina was very easy to communicate with and fast with responding. The best vacation we have had in years. Will be back next year.

Summary: This property has a great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house was clean and inviting. Great amenities and a nice gift to welcome us. Gina the owner was super attentive and very intuitive of the area and things to do. We really enjoyed our relaxing downtime and hope that this review helps. Delmarview was great!

Summary: Love this place...so much that I almost don't want to talk about how much so that it doesn't get overbooked and I can't get back in again! *lol* It's clean, one house away from a very quiet and mellow beach, and well-equipped.
