Joe-Ana's Cabana is perfect for a romantic getaway or the two bunk beds make it a great condo for the family vacation. The bedroom is a private, enclosed room featuring a bright beach color pallet. Bedroom has new phone charging station on each side of bed.
The bedroom is open to a full bath. Full bath has new tub and custom tiling. Bunks in hallway have new light fixtures that have spot for phone and charging outlet. The living room gives great space with a comfortable sofa which is great for relaxing while watching a DVD on the large flat-screen Smart TV or just taking an afternoon nap. The living room offers doors leading onto the covered balcony. This space has a gulf view and is wonderful no matter what the weather. The balcony is private and offers comfortable chairs and table for relaxing and listening to the sound of the surf.
The kitchen is open and provides a large table height bar. We provide all small appliances, cookware, flatware and new dishes to make your stay easy. We make sure you have the comforts of home with a gulf view!!
We provide beach towels, chairs, wagon and an umbrella for your enjoyment at the beach.

Speckled trout and flounder are caught on the bayside. King mackerel, redfish, and Spanish mackerel are always in the area. Summary: I highly recommend Jo-Ana’s Cabana in Santa Rosa. It was as advertised, in very good condition, in a great location with a number of good restaurants close by. The beach is a very short walk and they provided very nice beach chairs to use. In the middle of one of the nights a smoke detector started beeping. I messaged them about it first thing in the morning and someone was there to replace the battery in less than an hour. Great communication with them. I would certainly stay here on a future trip.

Summary: This is a beautiful property, and as described, directly across 30A from the beach. It overlooks the pool which is easily accessible from the condo. It is well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were immediately responsive to the one hitch during check-in (the front door did not close without slamming...need some attention). We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Summary: We were overall pleased with our stay at Joe-Ana’s Cabana. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the check in instructions were very helpful. The condo is conveniently located near several restaurants, shops, etc and right across 30a from three private beach entrances. The beach was never super crowded during our stay which was a huge plus when you could see just how crowded the public beach was down the way. Our only complaints are the construction beams on the balcony and elevator/stair area and the noise of people running by the bedroom window to get to the stairs and talking loudly early in the mornings.
