Positive: This home is gorgeous. I love art and water and was surrounded by both. The furnishings are elegant yet beachy. Truly one of the nicest places I have ever rented. Cedar Key is one of those old Florida locations that are not touristy. There are quaint little shops and fantastic food at every restaurant we went to.

Negative: I am truly sorry to add anything negative because I enjoyed this home. With that said, the "steps to the beach" is not quite accurate. It is truly steps to the water. And there is a beach. But when the tide goes out, it is MUCK. Not bashing Cedar Key or this beautiful home, but I missed being able to get in the water. The sunset cannot be seen from either balcony but just steps to the water and you will see a gorgeous one.
