Negative: Nothing. There wasn’t a negative aspect to the property that we encountered during our stay.

From the moment we booked our stay until the moment we left, Roberto treated us like family. His warm hospitality went above and beyond anything we could have expected. The room itself had a stunning view—waking up to the beauty of Cinque Terre each morning was breathtaking. Roberto was full of fantastic recommendations for things to do, see, and eat in the area, which really enhanced our experience. We were celebrating both an engagement and a birthday, and Roberto made the occasion even more special with thoughtful welcome gifts upon arrival and even when we left! His attention to detail, care, and generosity touched our hearts, and we are forever grateful for the experience he provided. If you're looking for a beautiful room with an amazing host in Riomaggiore, this is it. Positive: Room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view from the balcony! All the little details were well thought out. Luggage was handled by Roberto who was amazing. If I could give him 15 stars I would! If I ever come back I would stay here again. An absolutely lovely experience!

Positive: The property was in an excellent location, right on the sea. The 1,000 year old home has been completely renovated by the owner, Roby, and it is gorgeous! The owner’s wife also did a lovely job decorating and designing it to feel like luxury. Roby was awesome to help us with parking and our luggage, a truly wonderful person! I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to my friends when they visit! Lovely trip!

Positive: Roberto had welcomed us before our arrival highlighting things to do in Riomaggiore. He had offered to collect our luggage from the train. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in, everything was spotless. It was lovely to have the complimentary mini bar replenished everyday. The room was fully equipped with beach towels, beach bag, slippers. After check out Roberto looked after our luggage and had them ready for us at the train station. The beds are really comfortable, everything about our stay was perfect and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
