Positive: Authentic hotel in great location, very friendly efficient and down to earth staff. Excellent breakfast and beautiful rooms with all you need. Beautiful terras.

Positive: Very good location and old romantic vibe.

Negative: There were water dropping from the ceil on second day and this Hotel served us a new room but nobody said any apology to our discomfort. But that's OK I thought at least we had a new room. But I found there was no shower gel in the new room. I asked 4 times to give me shower gel but they gave me hair shampoo 4 Times. And then I screamed out. "DO YOU SHOER YOUR BODY WITH HAIR SHAMPOO?" And then the replied answer was "we don't have any stock of shower gel" Is it possible? This hotel is 5 star hotel . And the important thing was nobody excused to us. Insane. Insane. I won't recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues at all.

Negative: We got a 2 single bed. Beds were so small, i could say for kids can be ok, but not for adults. I hope they take more consideration when clients is booking 2 single bed, make it on level 5 star hotel. Bed matter 90% of total booking.
