Positive: Exceptionally , newly designed, spacious, modern, highly secure apartment in fantastic location overlooking a canal of the ‘New Venice’ . High ceilings and opening of ‘European’ shutters for fresh air and view was a highligt. The host actually greeted us at the door on arrival!! He was swift and thorough with communication on any issue. They responded immediately. Friendly but not intrusive. Fresh coffee , 6 large bottles of mineral water and an excellent bottle of Italian Red wine greeted us. Bed is romantically unique and excellently comfortable.

Negative: ….saying farewell ! We could live here for a month!!

Summary: Modern, spacious, exquisite location , super comfotable bed - brilliant value! Staying in the canal region of New Venice

Positive: I liked the location, near the city center, the port and shopping center. I also liked the size of the apartment, cleanliness and the warm welcom of the host Claudio.

Negative: For hygiene, I would have liked there to be a sheet for the duvet. Also, the bathroom should have some hooks for towels

Positive: The Steel House is beautiful! Impeccably clean, it’s very stylish and comfortable; well equipped and close to many good bars and restaurants. It’s actually on an island in the canal district, which makes it quite special. We felt very welcome and we really enjoyed our stay. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher too - but the best features are the circular bed and the disco floor! Wonderful!

Negative: The only problem we had was with the shower. It was almost impossible to control the temperature, and the water pressure was poor. Otherwise, everything was great.

Summary: The perfect base for exploring Livorno!
