Summary: Gorgeous corner room, very comfy bed, and a super old hotel to explore *inside*. Outside... well... it's the Tenderloin district, so beware. The free drink was a nice touch after a busy day

Summary: Great service, very comfortable room. Neighborhood was safe. Small but cozy!

Summary: Pros: cute concept and theme Bed and duvet covers Use of space in the room Updated rooms Fairly quiet in the hotel Cons: no breakfast or dinner No parking - the closest lot is not recommended and the one that I used was $38 a day and had to walk a two blocks away Not enough food options (imo) Many homeless wandering around Overall, I enjoyed the room itself but everything else was a miss for me. I do not think the price reflects what you get. I was drawn to the theming and didn’t do proper research before booking. Geary street is not as bad as the other streets around but there were many homeless wandering around every where you looked. They typically did stick to themselves but as a solo female traveler, I was uncomfortable having to walk that far to my car every day. I was always back in my room by 7PM each day (on purpose). I was surprised that there were absolutely food options in the hotel. The diner closest was $30 for French toast, sausage links, and OJ leaving me to have Starbucks every day. I wish I would’ve booked something further away from downtown with at least some food option and on site parking.

Summary: Pros: Bed, pillows and bedding are super comfortable! Lobby is beautiful and stylish Cons: Not very business friendly- Iron doesn't work, second iron still didn't work They don't offer I laundry or pressing Phone in room doesn't work to call downstairs Elevator extremely slow Shower water is warm not hot Room very small Area is surrounded by homeless, doesn't feel unsafe but certainly sketchy walking even 1 block

Summary: Rooms themselves were nice but area around the hotel was filthy and dangerous

Summary: Our stay was overall fine. The day before check in we received an email from the hotel letting us know that the elevator was down with no ETA and they gave as the option to cancel the booking without penalties. We decided to stay there and we did not regret it. Upon early check in they waived the resort fee and accommodated us in a lower floor. Check in was smooth and front desk agent was very nice. Rooms are small but comfortable. Area is a little rough but we did not have any issues and did not feel unsafe at any time. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Seems like a decent hotel before arrival, but we got very disappointed after we walked into our room. There's a strong weird unpleasant smell (likely mold) as soon as we opened the door. Our room is facing Geary St and the window is not soundproof at all, can hear cars go by when sleeping. The TV doesn't work neither, said they will send a maintenance person to fix it the next day and when we got back, it still doesn't work. We've stayed at lots 4 star hotels, this is definitely a disappointed one.

Summary: The TV was difficult to get going. It uses TV mirroring and wouldn't connect.
