Positive: It is a very nice property. The guest house manager Dinesh is really nice and helpful. I had to change my booking dates after arriving there and they arranged my refund also accordingly. The other staff Ramya and manager of stayhomestays, Arun was truly supportive in the whole process. Overall it was a quite good experience.

Positive: The staff, particularly Danish, was very helpful whenever needed. I was very satisfied with the room and the overall interior. The room itself is big and spacious. The cleaning routine in the apartment is well maintained. The location appears safe, and both the security of the apartment and the room feel secure.

Negative: It would be beneficial for the kitchen area to be cleaner and better maintained. There were many cockroaches throughout the kitchen. Additionally, there was a leak coming from the sink.

Summary: Ultimately, this is the superior choice.
