Positive: They recently renovated the hotel, so it is neat and clean overall. Most importantly, the location is convenient, with Apollo Bannerghata within walking distance. The neighborhood is also good and pleasant.

Negative: The rooms are not very big, and basic groceries are quite far if you go by walking.
