Summary: The hotel was nice, roomy, clean. Staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the pool was closed. We were in town for a family get together with plans to keep kids entertained at pool. We would not have booked here if we knew they were unable to use pool . This needs to be disclosed. Pools are open in middle of June in GA.

Summary: Our stay was for 5 nights. First of all, staff was very friendly. Because this was a longer stay for us, I felt more care should have been taken to be sure our room was in tip-top shape. There was mold in the bathroom, cabinets were dirty, pots and pans were dirty, and while I did ask about extra bedding for the couch after 5 pm, we didn’t receive it till the next day. The pull out couch did not have any bedding. We did reserve the room for 3 adults. My biggest hang up was that the pool was closed on the day we arrived. When I asked about it, the host said it wouldn’t be open for our stay. I was very irritated. This should have been mentioned on the website. Thankfully, the next day, a text was sent to us after we checked in to ask if there was anything I needed. I mentioned again about the pool and it was stated that it would be open by 6pm. It was, but then closed again the next morning till about 1 pm.
