Negative: The stove didn't work and that was the whole reason I got the room, and on the 2nd day there, ants appeared out of nowhere. I didn't have any open food out, so I don't know what attracted them. They came from under the stove and the dishwasher. I sprayed some plant-based ant killer, and that seemed to do the trick, but when I went to clean the floors, they were so filthy. Just one pass of the white towel made it turn black. The sofa also had a really bad smell to it. Not to mention, I got charged an additional $125 after checkout. When I tried to message the hotel about it, they never responded to me.

Positive: New and clean. The location is good. Staff is very helpful.

Negative: The 1st room we got is nice but the bathroom shower was broken so the staff moved us to the lower room. The room was nice but the noise from the outside we could hear so we had difficult to sleep.

Positive: This was a great stay for a larger family (5+) since we could all stay in the same room/unit. It was very clean and very safe. We enjoyed this as an overnight stop on our road trip.

Negative: We didn’t like being encouraged to use an app for check-in/room access. We much prefer to not download/use apps to access services.

Summary: Safe and clean stay for family with 3+ kids.

Positive: the staff were nice when we needed help, the rooms are cute and cozy

Negative: the air conditioning stopped working in our first room during our stay, and they had no problems giving us a new room as soon as possible. the second room we moved into had either alive or dead bugs in it that we had to get rid of. other than that, the second room was fine.

Summary: nice location, friendly and understanding staff, rooms could use slightly better upkeeping

Positive: This hotel was in a great location and the room was very nice. We were able to spread around the room while we were visiting the Lafayette area. The room was exactly what we needed during the long tournament week.

Negative: The shower pressure in the room was extremely low like uncomfortably low and not hot at all. When we notified the front desk they let us know they couldn't do anything about it because no one was there to fix it (at night) and the hotel was sold out. We understood, the situation, but they really need to fix the water pressure in room 213. We had friends also staying at the hotel and they said their water pressure was great.

Summary: Great but low water pressure made the trip a tad uncomfortable.

Positive: The hotel was super clean, came with a kitchen to make some small stuff and a fridge to keep food warm. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were very kind and also reached out to us beforehand to understand when we were arriving. There is also an outside courtyard area enclosed by the hotel rooms that is wonderful and has a grill.
