Summary: This is an excellent hotel. I travel all over the country and this hotel is at the top of my list. Kind and professional staff, clean, safe, and easy on and off the interstate. Dog friendly and still VERY clean! Highly recommend.

Summary: Noisy in courtyard until 11:30 on our last night. No drawers or dresser for clothing. Sofa had some type of biting bugs, shower/tub slippery when stepped into. All reported to management who were great.

Summary: Very good at a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay again. Nothing wrong with it at all, but I would make 3 suggestions. 1) put dressers in the rooms 2) slow down the automatic door closers. They are too fast, especially in the handicapped rooms when more time to enter or exit is needed. 3) finally, i understand that this facility is designed for longer stays, and to keep prices down, house keeping has a weekly schedule. This is completely understandable. However, i would suggest allowing guest to pay for additional house keeping requests. Say $25 for an additional cleaning beyond the weekly. These suggestions in no way lessen my happiness with the stay. Very, nice, at a reasonable rate, and the court yard is beautiful. We will be back.

Summary: I loved everything about this hotel. Eddie at the desk went above and beyond after hours to get me into my room. Location was close to everything.

Summary: I am hooked. From now on, this will be my first preference Hotel to stay at. It made me feel like I was at home and not at a hotel. It was very clean and had plenty stores nearby to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this hotel located in Cleveland,Tn. The clerks were exceptional nice who worked with you to make your stay comfortable. Eddie was very nice. He had to assist me, after closing hours, to help me enter my room. He was pleasant and had lots of patience.
