Positive: The room with the triple beds was very nice . The hotel is conveniently located across from Lawson and nearby the stone steps. We were able to leave our luggage with the shop next door to the hotel.

Negative: We booked two rooms because the hotel does not have a room for four.

Summary: We liked everything about our stay with the exception of maximum 3 in a room.

Positive: Location was right across from the Ikaho Steps, across from a Lawson, and near the bus stop. They are supported by their sister hotel Oyado Tamaki where you can pay for a voucher to bath at otherwises bathing in the in room bathroom. My room did have a balcony and view of the Ikaho steps which I used to take pictures from.

Summary: Good stay across from the Ikaho steps.
