Summary: Room and the view were amazing — I’ll start there. Unfortunately, getting access to the unit was a major inconvenience. I booked through Hotels.com, and the correct email wasn’t provided for the keypad/digital key system. Because of that, I had to go back and forth to the residence front desk several times to get new keys — and even the physical keys they issued didn’t work. Thankfully, Elizabeth from the residence team stepped in, contacted the hotel directly, and updated my email so I could access the digital key. Once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly and the stay itself was very enjoyable. Housekeeping also did a great job throughout my stay.
