Summary: This property is well managed and provisioned. It is a bit far from downtown but we actually totally enjoyed the walks to and from the city centre. We would definitely stay there again. There is great parking if you have a car.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay - clean, tidy, modern, outstanding location and views, and a wonderful property manager/owner to deal with. The attention to detail such as breakfast food/linen all taken care of for us made it that much more special. Our family holiday was amazing and staying at The Penthouse on Evans Bay was the icing on the cake. We all can't wait to return to this special place.
