Our holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday.
Here you will find a dining table, washing machine and dryer, fridge and chest freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, electric hob, oven and grill and toaster. A BBQ and a high chair for wee ones.
Living room is a perfect place to unwind after a day exploring our beautiful area. Sit back and relax on a comfy sofa or armchair while watching your favourite programme on a 45in flat screen TV. Or play a boardgame. You will also find a vast collection of books and travel guides.
There is also a sunken Sun-Room with 4 large windows where you can enjoy the sun going down behind the Aran Islands casting amazing colours across the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged Burren coastline. Prepare to be amazed!!
Our spacious three bedroom holiday home can easily accommodate 8 adults.
Ground floor bedroom features a super plush king size bed with bedside lockers and windows facing towards the ocean . In this room you will find a large wardrobe with mirror and hangers a dressing table with a stool and hairdryer.
Ensuite facilities a walk in shower.
Second bedroom has a Super plush king size bed with bedside lockers and window facing the ocean.

Located in a quite elevated area overlooking the Aran Islands, Connemara and Galway Bay our holiday home is perfect for travellers looking for a relaxing peaceful stay. Doolin is a 5 minute drive away and Doolin Cave is withing walking distance. Ballinalacken Castle Hotel and Restaurant is also with in walking distance. Booking essential.

Summary: This cottage was all we hoped it would be and more! It was clean, cozy and comfortable and perfectly located for the things we wanted to do in the Doolin area. The ocean view is spectacular! Our host Ann was very friendly and helpful, and truly went above and beyond what we normally experience when renting a property.

Summary: Wonderful 3 br cottage with a wonderful view of the ocean. Excellent if you want to get away from the city. Lots of sights to see including a castle, seashore, cliffs and just enjoy nature. Ann, our hpst was extremely friendly and helpful and keeps the place immaculate. If you want a big city, Galway is about an hour drive, Limerick, just a little longer trip. Ann stocked the fridge with some treats and even brought over some really fresh bread. Grrat place and i highly recommend it.

Summary: The house is centrally located to numerous towns as well as the cliffs of Moher. Bedrooms are comfortable, most amenities provided, super clean, and the VIEW. Wow. Ann is absolutely the sweetest person and goes above and beyond to make sure things go easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Ireland where the people are lovely, food is delicious, and the countryside is stunning.

Summary: What can I say... this was by far our best trip to County Clare yet. My family and I have been to Clare many times, and this was by far the best location, and best setup Cottage we've used. Ann is great from a communication prospective, and everything in the cottage is well appointed. The presence of a natural peat fireplace was a real plus, as I enjoy the ambiance tremendously. For the Americans reading this there is a SEPERATE Washer and Dryer, which is a huge plus when coming from the States, and/or traveling with family. The utility costs are incredibly reasonable by EU/Irish Standards, just follow Ann's suggestions around setting the timer for the Heat to come on and off when you're actually going to be at the cottage. My biggest complaint is there wasn't a house near buy we can purchase for our own!! :) For those considering booking, do it, and ENJOY THE STAY.
