Negative: The bathroom had a smell of decay. I'm not sure if there was rotting under the floor, but it seemed to build up when the building was closed.

Summary: Adequate for our 7 day stay, but more contact with the host would have been good for towels etc.

Positive: We enjoyed the comford of the property and the wonderful greeting basket. Also the access to the facilities we were attending.

Negative: The only extension I would like to offer is, Maybe a stand over the toilet so a toilet bag could be placed there.

Positive: Arriving at your unit after a long drive, we immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. It was very relaxing to ‘arrive home’ each day after tiki touring around Adelaide. The touches from the welcome basket with breakfast items, the extras in the fridge, as well as the nice bottle of wine were much appreciated. Everything far exceeded our expectations.

Summary: Our stay at 'Stay in Blackwood' was wonderful. We would highly recommend it to anybody.

Positive: I loved how kind Gayl and Roger are, I loved the care basket of goodies, I loved the spacious unit, I loved the firm mattress, I love the location - it's within walking distance to everything I needed, - I loved the care Gayl and Roger took to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect.

Negative: I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer.
