Positive: The location was good (it suited where we wanted to be) which is why we booked it.

Negative: The fact a deposit was insisted upon - upon hindsight I would not have booked if I had been aware of this before hand - on checking it was covered under a tab of "important information" - but this should have been highlighted for such a critical piece of information. The size of the room was no where near what it is advertised as - your ad suggests it is 50m2 which is very spacious; it is in reality more like 15m2 (or maybe a touch more but definitely less than 20m2). Your ad also states air conditioned - it isn't so another mistruth. Despite the fact the host wanted a deposit, the room was tired, not fantastically cleaned (bed was okay), and suffered from damage (poor workmanship the likely cause) in numerous areas and haven't been repaired - the irony wasn't lost on me. Due to the small room area, some things were lacking, for example, a half size ironing board, a small shower that i strugled to fit into and use comfortably (I am 5'8" and 12 stone) and not enough wardrobe space if you are staying for more than a night; the bed, although adequate as a double, was only accessible from one side, the other being up against the wall.

Summary: I found the place to be a disappointing experience; probably wouldn't go back again, or recommend

Positive: The studio room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and there was adequate space for one person with a large suitcase. It was in a very quiet road so no traffic noise.

Negative: There is no wifi which I knew! But this also meant the TV was not programmed for watching anything other than mirroring devices.
