Positive: This year, I decided to take a summer trip to Halkidiki with my family, so I used Booking.com to find available properties. My search criteria included 8+ review scores, proximity to Thessaloniki airport, and a seaside location. Stavros summer house immediately caught our eye. I cannot praise the property and its host, Stavros, enough to express our satisfaction. Our 7-day stay there proved that the property truly lived up to its exceptional review score of 10. The house is equipped with everything we needed, has a beautiful interior and exterior with plenty of details, a cozy garden with an alcove and two kinds of grills, and most importantly, an incredible host who went out of his way to make us comfortable. Stavros provided us with useful information about nearby places and beaches to visit, met us personally at the village entrance, and led us to the place, and allowed flexible check-in and check-out time. He’s an open-minded and intelligent young man who values people and communication, and represents his culture in the best possible way. As for Nea Fokea in general, it is a quiet place, not crowded with tourists, and has an excellent southern rural vibe. It features a small sandy beach with clear water, some historical monuments, and plenty of atmospheric cafes and restaurants. I believe this is a perfect spot for a family holiday.

Positive: Stavros summer house was one very cute place to stay with your family. A house was vintage style, but renovated and super clean. Stavros and his mum were both very kind. A plate full of fruits and veggies, as well as tsipouro made by Stavros himself left only for us were a big surprise! We would definitely stay again there.
