Positive: The property is very well located near de miniMetro. We reach Perugia center in 15 minutes. The appartment was very clean, full equipped, with a little terrace and e view to Perugia center. There is a wonderful coffee near by and a supermarket. The kitchen is full equipped and they offer amenities, coffee machine and capsules, tea, sugar, etc. All you may need.

Positive: Lovely spacious apartment. So convienient if you need regular access to the train / bus station. The bus station is about a 2 minute walk away and you can get to both the centre of Perugia and the airport from there. The apartment was spotless and was always heated (perfect for a January visit). As a solo female traveller I felt very safe there. The host is really lovely and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you so much for my stay!

Positive: Close to the railway station and the mini metro, the included parking place was very convinient. The apartment is spacious, very well equiped. I liked the small terace although because of the cold weather we could not enjoy it that much.

Negative: The timed, automatic heating system. When it was on, it was warm, but once it turned off, it became cold quite quickly and woke up during the night that we need the extra cover (which was provided, so owner is prepared for this). The close distance to the railway station caused the appearance of some strange looking people.

Positive: We were very happy in this apartment and Sonia was extremely kind and helpful. Apartment is 2min walk from the bus and train station. From the bus station you can get thr mini metro that takes you up to the city center. Near the apartment there is everything restaurant and supermarket. So position is perfect and if you are coming with car Sonia can provide you with a private car park. Thank you for everything Sonia.

Positive: The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and it is just a few steps away from the main train station of Perugia. This means that upon arrival by train check-in is as simple as it gets - basically just crossing the road and getting around the corner. Despite the closeness to this key traffic hub, from which the city centre can easily and quickly be reached by bus or minimetro, it is very calm; the traffic on the top floor of the high building is not noticeable. The host was very friendly and gracious and spared no effort to make my stay enjoyable. Just perfect! If back to Perugia, this is the place where I will want to stay!

Negative: No unmet demands, no issues at all! I was very happy with my stay at “station 27”.
