Positive: The house was modern in design, plenty of space and the outside patio was of a great size too. Claudio went that extra mile to make our trip great. We didnt use the pool but it was very inviting!! Bus stop to Perugia a few minutes walk at 4 Euro rtn. Assisi was easy to travel to also. There were restaurants, a cake shop and local bars all within a 10-15 mins walk. Excellent stay
