Negative: A little noisy upstairs but I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t bother me .

Positive: State Street Cottage is super clean, very accessible and very convenient and comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to get food and was an 8 minute drive to WSU. Everything in Pullman is pretty close and State Street is very central to downtown, a nice grocery store and a bank of restaurants. The apartment is very cute with an attention to detail that isn't found in most rentals. I will definitely stay again.

Negative: The only downside to my visit was that I didn't realize there was a second apartment upstairs and the floors do not shield any noise. The guests were up all night and it was quite loud in the bedroom that I was staying in below. Obviously guest behavior is outside the control of the State Street Cottage owners but maybe an additional rug upstairs may help the sounds of chairs scraping, etc. coming through the floor.

Negative: Low ceiling - may not be good if you are over 6ft 6inch.
